Participant Communications and Offers
Effective from July 18, 2026. This statement explains how GKK may communicate with participants and prospective participants through this registration platform.
1. Service-related communications
By creating an account, you agree that GKK may send necessary account and service-related communications, including verification messages, sign-in support, registration confirmations, programme administration notices, participant updates, document requests, scheduling notices, operational alerts, and other communications reasonably connected to your profile or participation.
2. Programme and promotional communications
Where you provide marketing consent or where otherwise permitted by law, GKK may contact you regarding training programmes, certification pathways, events, workshops, talent-development initiatives, partner opportunities, and related commercial or educational offers that GKK believes may be relevant to your profile or stated interests.
3. Communication channels
GKK may use email, telephone, messaging channels, and other contact methods that you provide or later select through the platform, subject to applicable law and your preferences where relevant.
4. Opt-out position
You may opt out of non-essential marketing or promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting GKK through official channels. Operational or service-related communications that are necessary for account administration, platform security, programme participation, or regulatory compliance may continue where reasonably required.
5. No sale of participant data
GKK does not sell participant personal data. Contact information and profile records collected through this platform are intended for GKK’s legitimate training, talent, certification, workforce development, operational, and related commercial purposes, subject to applicable privacy obligations and internal controls.
6. Reservation of rights
Nothing in this statement limits GKK’s right to maintain records of consent, enforce platform rules, protect its legal interests, or rely on any lawful basis available under applicable legislation for necessary communications, dispute management, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
