Terms of Use

1. Platform purpose

This platform is provided to support registration, participant onboarding, profile management, programme administration, and related training or workforce-development activities conducted by GKK Consultants Sdn Bhd.

2. User responsibilities

By using this platform, you agree to:

• provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
• maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• use the platform only for lawful and legitimate registration or profile purposes;
• avoid impersonation, misleading submissions, unauthorised access attempts, scraping, abuse, or disruption of the platform.

3. Content and profile submissions

You remain responsible for the information, documents, and other materials you submit. By submitting such materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that they do not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.

4. GKK rights

GKK may monitor platform use, suspend or restrict access, remove content, investigate misuse, and take appropriate administrative, contractual, or legal action where it reasonably considers such action necessary to protect the platform, participants, clients, partners, or GKK’s legitimate interests.

5. No guarantee of programme placement or outcome

Registration on this platform, profile completion, or submission of supporting information does not guarantee enrolment, programme selection, certification, employment, placement, funding, or any other commercial or training outcome unless expressly confirmed by GKK in writing.

6. Intellectual property and platform materials

Unless otherwise stated, the platform, its branding, structure, content, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to GKK. No right is granted to copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or exploit platform materials except as permitted by law or by GKK in writing.

7. Disclaimer and limitation position

The platform is provided on an operational basis to support registration and participant management. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GKK does not warrant uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or complete freedom from technical faults, delays, or security incidents. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, but otherwise GKK reserves all available legal limitations, defences, and protections.

8. Changes and termination

GKK may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue all or part of the platform at any time, including changes required for security, compliance, operational needs, or service improvement. GKK may also amend these Terms of Use by publishing an updated version on the platform.

9. Governing framework

These Terms of Use are intended to operate subject to applicable Malaysian law and any mandatory legal requirements that apply to GKK’s services, commercial arrangements, data processing, and participant administration.
